Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free tier gives you a great way to try HiFi Control. We don't offer trials for paid tiers, but you can start with Standard monthly and cancel anytime if it's not for you.
Is my Perpetual license also valid for a next generation (v2) of HiFi Control?
No, the Perpetual license is valid for the current (v1) generation of the product. We have no plans for a v2.0 and are solely focussing on making v1.0 a solid product.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
Is my payment secure?
