Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, your credit will be applied to future billing.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free tier gives you a great way to try HiFi Control. We don't offer trials for paid tiers, but you can start with Standard monthly and cancel anytime if it's not for you.
What happens when v2.0 releases?
Perpetual license holders get a discounted upgrade path to v2.0. Subscription users will automatically get v2.0 features as part of their existing plan. We have no plans for a v2.0 currently and are solely focussing on making v1.0 a solid product.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
Is my payment secure?

Can I use one license on multiple computers?
Your license type determines on how many devices you can activate it. You can deactivate your license so you can use it on another pc.
